MOCA Week 3 Renata Spiazzi- Andre Marcano

This is called "Connection" created by Renata Spiazzi. Spazzi was born in Italy and moved to the U.S in 1952 to teach arts and crafts at a San Diego Community College. Once he retired and was introduced to computers, he wanted to push the realities of art and decided not to do normal oil paint arts or water color. He wanted to mess around with fractal programs and filters and made art using non objective images from fractals fragments. He says that his art is like music, its not about what it looks like but how it makes you feel.

Im pretty sure he just used exactly what he said he experimented with. Alot of abstract shapes and fragments of things along with multiple filters.
