Week 8 Research

 This week, I decided to look at works created by Benedikt Amrhein. He creates his works with multiple techniques, but primarily fractals and photography. The piece that I would like to focus on is his piece titled Ecce Mundus. This piece is a picture of a sphere and, using fractals can create a unique design and the water pattern added after some photo editing. This piece looks like a utopian image, like something that you would see in the future, and for me, my mind instantly thinks of the sphere in Vegas that has just recently been opened.
