Week 11 Research

 For this week, I will be looking at the works of Harlow Ballard. When looking at works made by this artist, I realized how similar they are and how they could be viewed in a series. I mainly focused on those titled Nancy's, January Sun at Antrim, and Mike's- Scissors and Peace. These works help display how Ballard viewed the world or the world he created inside his own head. When looking at these pieces together, you can almost see it as a typical day in a person's life. All of the pieces share the same style and definitely show symmetry between them all. These works were done via Microsoft Paint, where Ballard started there digital art journey and a special drawing program with a Wacom tablet.
