Week 5 MOCA: La Ulrich- Andre Marcano

Apophysis

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about the creator, who on MOCA is named La Ulrich but i really wanted to write about this piece because i found myself staring at it every time I saw it. I do know however how they made this piece as they mentioned how in the artists notes. What La did was they used something called Apophysis 7x to create the main part of the pieces and then enhanced the color with Picasa 3. They then created the background using Paint.net's curves adjustment. Im not even sure what this piece is i keep wanting to think that its maybe a black hole or maybe the beginning of the universe or time maybe.
