Week Two MOCA

For week two, I chose the artist Masanta and her piece titled "Energy #001". She studied graphic design at Japan Designers College in Tokyo and continued her education at the Setsu Mode Seminar for 18 months. To create her art pieces she uses Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Fontographer, pen, acrylic colors, and mixed media. Her art style is very fun and vibrant, warm as well. Despite certain pieces of work that contain poison or tears, her work is always vibrant and stands out. There is no link to an official website for Masanta's work, but her exhibit "An Art of High Spirits" can be accessed through MOCA's website.
