Week Five Research Assignment

 

The artist I picked this week is Umberto Oldani. He likes to make 3D images based on old still-life pictures. He does all of his work using open-source software, specifically with Blender. Once he processes images in Blender, he adds finishing touches using Photoshop.

I really like how realistic the images are and how it has an older theme to them. The rendering looks like a still frame from a Disney or Pixar movie.
