Week 4 Research Assignment: Marc Moss

 Similar to my last week's post, today we are researching the works by Marc Moss and a forty-seven-year-old man from Santa Cruz. In Marc's works, there is a distinct detail that lets you know that it is a Marc Moss work. That would be the image of a face somewhere in the painting. This face looks holy like it is a higher power bestowing it's gaze upon you. Not only that the works made by this man also have this theme of nature taking back the world. I specifically see this in the painting with the butterflies coming out of the cave the work titled Return to Me. This work could also be a representation of those who have passed to make their way to the place where they can rest for eternity.
